About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FOREVERAUS website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The products

FOREVERAUS offers the Australia T-Shirt in three colourways (original and cropped lengths) and bikini bottoms in three colourways. Colours shown on screen are indicative and may vary slightly from the garment.

Pricing & availability

All prices are set in AUD. The region selector shows indicative prices in other currencies for convenience; your order is charged in AUD. We may update prices and the range from time to time. If an item is unavailable after you order, we’ll let you know and arrange a refund.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing or availability, or where we suspect fraud.

Shipping & returns

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and, where applicable, order weight. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
